We want your stay at Raylia Cottage to be comfortable, check out the amenities:

-       non-smoking environment
-clean, comfortable room with a queen size bed and down duvet
-        double futon in living area
-        bathroom with a tub and shower
-south facing deck with patio seating for reading and lounging
-outdoor table for dining " el fresco"
-        television, DVD,  CD player and movies, WI FI connection
-parking
-complimentary continental breakfast, served between 8:30-9:30 am
-hammock
-        cosy woodstove and electric heat
-        beach towels
-        two overly loving golden retrievers!!!  They reside in the main house.

RATES:
$115.00 per night, double occupancy  March to September
$  95.00 per night, double occupancy  October to February
$  20.00 per night for additional adult, $10.00 additional child, under 5 free

Weekly Rates: $500.00 Oct.-Feb.
                        $650.00  Mar.-Sept.

PAYMENT:
50% deposit required at time of booking, balance due upon arrival.   Payment by  cash, or cheque. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit refundable if cancelled 30 days prior.
